What I Made To Wear

OK, this would look a lot better on a skinny body, but I’m working on that right now. Don’t care. This was really fun. The Bog Coat was featured in Threads #87, I picked up the Revisions pattern just for some fun ideas. The pants are Lois Ericson’s “My Favorite Pants”. I made them a teensy bit snug because Weight Watchers is working for me now. The design has a drawstring waist, to it shouldn’t be difficult to keep wearing these 30 pounds from now.

Where We Was. . .

On Friday, we headed up to visit Gayle and Barry and Sophie, and hit the Renaissance Faire in Tuxedo, NY with even more friends on Saturday.  We had held off until this weekend in hopes that we’d have cooler weather.  Well, we did.  Cold and wet.  We had a pretty good time, all in all, as you can see. . .

 

 

But the wet and cold was eventually enough for everyone.
